Located in Bangi and developed in collaboration with DB30 Studio, this project transformed an existing space through a comprehensive renovation. Our scope spanned structural modifications-including demolition, a roof extension, and the insertion of a new mezzanine-to interior fit-outs such as partitioning, electrical work, toilet upgrades, and new flooring, lighting, and fans.
